Refund & Returns:

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. The shipping fee is non-refundable plus a $2.00 restocking fee.

To receive a refund, please notify us by e-mail or phone within 7 days of receipt that you are returning your gnome. Then, ship the it back to us. The gnome must be in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive the refund. We will refund your purchase price minus the shipping charges once we receive your package.

Cancellation Policies:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by calling or sending an email to support@gnomefrenzy.com. Please be aware that often times, your orders get shipped out on the day it is orderd. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order.
